## 1. Purpose

This Electronic Signature and OTP Agreement governs the use of electronic signatures, one-time passwords (OTP), digital confirmations, electronic records, and related authentication mechanisms used through the Wixxir platform.

By creating an account, signing a Diginote, authorizing a payment, approving a transaction, transferring a Diginote, endorsing a Diginote, assigning rights, pledging a Diginote, or otherwise using electronic authorization features within Wixxir, users agree to the terms of this Agreement.

## 2. Electronic Consent

Users consent to the use of electronic records, electronic signatures, digital confirmations, electronic communications, OTP verifications, and electronic transaction records in connection with the Services.

Users agree that electronic actions performed through the Wixxir platform may have the same force and effect as handwritten signatures, written approvals, or paper-based records to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

## 3. OTP Verification

Wixxir may utilize one-time passwords (OTP), verification codes, authentication links, email confirmations, device verification methods, multi-factor authentication, or similar security mechanisms to verify user identity and authorize transactions.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their authentication credentials, verification codes, devices, email accounts, and telephone numbers associated with their account.

## 4. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for all actions performed through their account using valid authentication credentials, OTP verifications, approved devices, or other authorized authentication methods.

Users must immediately notify Wixxir if they become aware of unauthorized access, credential compromise, device loss, or suspected account misuse.

## 5. Electronic Records

Users acknowledge that Wixxir may maintain electronic records relating to platform activity, including:

* Electronic signatures;
* OTP verification records;
* Authentication logs;
* Transaction histories;
* Audit logs;
* Timestamps;
* Device and session information;
* Digital confirmations;
* Related platform records.

Such records may be retained for security, operational, evidentiary, compliance, audit, dispute resolution, and legal purposes.

## 6. Evidentiary Value

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, electronic records maintained by Wixxir may serve as evidence of user actions, authorizations, approvals, acknowledgements, consents, signatures, transactions, and other activities performed through the platform.

## 7. Applicable Laws

This Agreement is intended to comply with and be interpreted in a manner consistent with applicable electronic signature and electronic transaction laws, including where applicable:

* The U.S. Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act);
* The Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA);
* Similar electronic transaction and electronic signature laws applicable in relevant jurisdictions.

Nothing in this Agreement guarantees the enforceability of any specific transaction under any particular jurisdiction.

## 8. Wixxir's Role

Wixxir provides the technological infrastructure that facilitates electronic signatures, OTP verification, digital confirmations, and electronic transaction records.

Wixxir does not provide legal advice regarding the enforceability of any electronic signature, agreement, Diginote, transaction, or obligation.

## 9. Changes to This Agreement

Wixxir may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the Services following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
